Urgent - We need your support!

As a Parent Council we are asking all parents to write to Glasgow City Council to protest at the length of time it is taking the Planning Committee to arrive at a decision.  To help you, we have attached contact details and 2 sample letters, but it is always better to write/email in your own words.

 

The first letter simply urges that planning decision is taken soon to remove the uncertainty over the future of your child’s education.

 

The second supports the proposals for the new school and again urges that a planning decision be made soon. There are currently 80 objections to the new school logged with the planning department and letters of support will be crucial in determining whether planning consent is granted.
 

We would urge all parents to take the time and write or email to the Council as it is clear that we need a decision either way on the future of our school without further delay
